Self-Drive-Thru
While staying in the comfort of your vehicle you will travel over a 2.2-mile route, allowing you to meet our animals as they roam through the sanctuary.
Self-drive thru admission may be purchased onsite at the Admission Shed prior to entering the Tours & Adventures. Tickets may also be purchased online by clicking BUY TICKETS NOW!/BUY NOW. If purchasing online, you will select your date and tour time.
Safari Bus Tour
Please arrive 20 to 30 minutes in advance of your departing time for check-in. Then head to the Safari Bus Loading Zone (located in the Parking Lot) to load onto the bus! Please use the restrooms in The Lodge (the main building) if needed.
The tour travels the 2.2-mile route for an unforgettable adventure! Bus Tour Tickets are available to book in advance online, tickets are non-refundable*. Safari Bus Tour tickets may be purchased onsite on the day of your visit but are subject to availability. Guest Services can assist you at the front desk during operating hours when the Park is open. Buses run on time. Your Safari Bus will depart from the loading zone at the time you selected when you purchased your tickets.
BESSIE
The baby Zebu, was born May 10. She is bottle fed twice a day. You will find her in the Small Animal Adventure
Please Note: Our buses may accommodate only one wheelchair per bus. We apologize, no securement for mobility devices is available.
Please Note: If very heavy rain or inclement weather is in the forecast, please check Facebook or call ahead, as very muddy roadways may cause us to be closed.
*If you are late, Guest Services will assist you in adjusting your tour to a Self-Drive Thru or moving you to another scheduled Safari Bus if seats are available and if another bus is running.
*If you are unable to keep your tour time, please call 585.535.4100 during Park hours to rebook your tour. Rebooking should occur 24 hours before your scheduled tour time.
